The mission is to support the launch of the collection from design to production and promotion.
Coordinate project internally and liaise with different stakeholders: Design team, sales director, merchandisers…
Manage daily communication with overseas sales team
Implement a product offer strategy in line with brand requirement
Identify market trend and develop a product expertise in order to grow company’s product catalogue
Receive, compare, test, send samples
Create the artwork for each product in collaboration with the designers – packaging and manual
Elaborate sales support: brand presentation, product catalogue, pricelist
Sales & Admin
Prepare product sheets, quotations and offers
Coordinate orders and production between sales and buying team
Data analysis, product performance analysis
Excellent organization skills, detail minded.
Creative, critical thinking and problem solving.
Understand the market trend and products, curiosity.
Pro-active, mature and self-motivated.
Able to handle multiple projects at the same time and to determine priorities.
Strong communication skills, team player.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business related field
2+ years of working experience in procurement/sourcing is a +
Fluent in English, French and Mandarin are a plus
Salary based on experience (range HK$20 – 25)
