As an Apple Account Manager You will be responsible for leading the company development in the Apple Stores. You will provide leadership and management of your distribution network to improve our client market share, achieve sales targets as well as brand goals. You will work closely both with Distribution Partners and company internal teams to build the best value proposition to the end consumers.

you will take full responsibility of mapping, training, and developing company business within the ~500 Apple Stores around the world.

1.  Sales

Meet or exceed the annual commercial plan in line with the company strategy

Manage distribution partners and develop relationships with Apple Retail Merchants, Visual Merchandisers, Supply Managers and other related Apple staff

Expand the Company distribution network in line with Apple’s Retail & Online Store expansion

Negotiate and maintain contractual terms with distribution partners

Maintain an accurate sales tracking data base and CRM system

Participate to the cash collection in liaison with the Finance team

Manage and optimize return policies, in order to increase profitability

2.  Merchandising and Brand Image

Ensure proper merchandising POS management in existing/new Apple Retail & Online stores

Provide partners with products training and materials to best achieve goals

Support the marketing efforts of the Company, including and not limited to Trade Shows, Customer visits and training

Provide feedback and work with Design Team to maximize the utilization of the shelf-space while maintaining the Brand image  

3.  Product pipeline development

Manage the custom product development relationship, being the bridge between Apple team briefs and product development team.

Identify market gaps within the Apple 3rd party accessory offer and propose on-brand new concept ideas to Lead the New Product Introduction process

4.  Marketing

Propose and implement specific marketing activities to stimulate brand awareness and/or sales performance

Prepare training documents to train Apple team

5.  Market Share / Competitive Activity

Keep abreast of competitive landscape and provide feedback on competitive dynamics such as competitors’ pricing, brand ranking and new product pipeline 

Provides feedback to Marketing Department on the success of internal marketing activities as well as those of competitors 

Know and master the market landscape (size, profile, competition, product specs, future standards, etc.) 

6.  Stock

Ensure correct product mix and full assortments to keep stock level healthy for all Apple stores

Work closely with Apple & Distribution partners to manage forecasting and stock requirements 

7.  Reporting

Participate actively in Weekly Sales meetings and share Apple sales insights

Produce comprehensive monthly “flash reports” to highlight activity and performance with qualitative feedback



Excellent attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and high-quality presentation are a MUST

6 years of experience in Sales and Marketing

Strong affinity for the tech industry, ideally the Apple ecosystem

Organized and highly attentive to details

Self-motivated, self-starter and team player

Able to travel up to 20% (Global)

Willing to learn and take over ownership and responsibilities in the Company

Trustworthy, fair, with high integrity and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion

Energetic and hard-working, willing to take a hands-on role

Self-starter and team player

Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
