La Fourchette is a contemporary seaside French brasserie offering modern interpretations of classic French fare. We offer the full gastronomic experience throughout the day, making it the neighbourhood local you can return to morning, noon and night.
La Fourchette or 'the fork' is an opportunity for owners Natalie and Romain Le Gal to share their passion for French food and wine. Romain, from the coastal town of Pornichet, welcomed the chance to open a family-friendly neighbourhood brasserie reminiscent of those he worked in back home. St Heliers village offers the ideal setting to introduce people to the sumptuous flavours of French cuisine.
La Fourchette's Head Chef has designed a menu using only the freshest seasonal ingredients. We offer French classics such as 'Beef Tartare' and 'Cassoulet' along with French and Kiwi-inspired dishes.
We have also developed our own patisserie range with the help of our Chef Pâtissier, Pierre Roth. He is constantly inventing the delicacies on offer to make the most of the seasonal produce.
For those special occasions, La Fourchette offers a traditional Parisian High Tea. Available from 3pm to 5pm daily, customers are served an array of French delicacies accompanied by their choice of beautiful Harney & Sons tea.
Whether it's a beautifully cooked breakfast, lunch or dinner, La Fourchette's menu is aimed to please everyone.
